Jimmy Tarbuck & Ian St. John host Charity Golf Day at Willingcott Valley.

Four thousand pounds raised in aid of Children’s Hospice.

A glorious summer day heralded the most successful charity open in the history of Willingcott Valley.  Celebrity guests, Comedian Jimmy Tarbuck and Ex Liverpool Footballer and Pundit Ian St. John hosted the event and played on the day. Twenty five local and national companies sponsored the event and entered teams.  A total of 128 players in 32 teams played and supported the day.  A total in excess four thousand pounds was raised on the day.  Jimmy and Ian and their wives landed third spot in the event and hosted the celebrity evening presentation where 250 people enjoyed a hog roast and an evening of entertainment featuring the Average Blues Band and support acts. The highlight was a hilarious 30 minute impromptu spot by Jimmy Tarbuck.
